We are living an age where technology is designed to make our lives easier, faster, and more convenient. This technological advancement comes at a price. It is stripping us of an important skill set. The skill, practice and the habit of hard work. People no longer know how to wait or work for what they want. The only thing they can think of is how to get their results faster and easier. It has created an unhappy population, frustrated that they can’t achieve their goals and dreams as fast as they can click search and find answers on Google.
The world’s most successful athletes, artists, and academics have one thing in common. They are not afraid of hard work. They spend every second of each day planning, creating hard work routines and working towards their goals, so they can achieve their dreams. They’re not looking for easier, faster and more convenient.
They are making a Game Plan to map out the steps they need to take in order to achieve the greatness they want in their life. They know that success is a choice. They know that they only have 86,400 seconds in each day and they are willing to spend each of those seconds working hard and doing the things that no one else wants to do in order to achieve their goals.
It does not matter what you did yesterday. Today is a new day. You have a choice. The easy way or the hard way? The question is are you willing to slow down and make hard work a part of your daily routine? How hard are you willing to work to make your plan and achieve your goals?
